Spaghetti Squash with Marinara Sauce

Jax will eat basically ANYTHING that has marinara on it.

While I was doing Whole 30 we discovered that my son will eat veggies if there is marinara on top! So we made some spaghetti squash with Dziadz's Marinara Pasta Sauce. Below I'll tell you guys how to cook the spaghetti squash and then give you a link to the pasta sauce we always make that is located under my Menu tab Yummy Stuff.

Ingredients

Glass Pan
1-2 Spaghetti Squash
Water

If you want Marinara Sauce on top to make it a healthy version of spaghetti click here for recipe and cook up sauce while spaghetti squash is cooking!

Optional to also make some whole 30 turkey meatballs to go with!

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Cut spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
3. Fill glass pain with about an inch of water. Place each half face down in water.
4. Place in oven and cook for 40 minutes. Check when take out if the inside part of the spaghetti squash is soft. If not cook longer.
5. Use a fork to scrape out the inside of the squash onto plates, place the marinara on top and serve.
